30. Indemnity

All office bearers shall not bear any legal liability for any of their actions done in good faith.

31. Special Organs / Party Leagues

There shall be party Leagues formed by;

  1. Youth members of the party
  2. Women members of the party.
  • County elders’ forum.
  1. The Party League shall be constituted at the ward, constituency, County and National Levels and shall have organs at such levels.
  2. Each party league organ shall have a Chairperson, Deputy Chairperson, Treasurer and a Secretary.
