CHAPTER FOUR: OFFICE BEARERS & THEIR ELECTION PROCEDURES

33. The Party Leader

The functions of the party leader shall be as specified under the summit of this constitution.

34. National Chairperson

It shall be the duty of the National Chairperson to:

  1. Perform duties of general administration of the party.
  2. Chair National Executive Committee meetings
  3. Any other duties as assigned by the CCM summit

35. Deputy National Chairperson

It shall be the duty of the Deputy Chairperson shall be to deputize the chair in his daily duties.
