CHAPTER FIVE: OCCURRENCE OF VACANCIES

42. Resignation

The resignation in writing of any member shall take effect as soon as the letter of resignation is received by the secretary general. Upon resignation, the member will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever of subscriptions paid to the party.

43. Incapacitation

A party office may fall vacant upon acceptance of medical evidence on the incapacitation of the officer. Evidence of incapacitation shall be tabled by the Secretary General upon receiving such evidence a certified medical practitioner.
